We invite you to participate in the 6th Annual SysMod meeting at ISMB/ECCB. SysMod strives to share the latest research linking systems biology and bioinformatics to develop comprehensive computer models of cells, tissues, and entire organisms. More information will follow soon.

We are looking forward to meeting you at the 6th annual SysMod meeting!

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

Ruth E. Baker, University of Oxford, United Kingdom

“Identifiability and inference for models in mathematical biology.”

Boris N. Kholodenko, University College Dublin, Ireland
“Structure-based dynamic modeling reveals ways to overcome kinase inhibitor resistance.”

Ines Thiele, National University of Ireland, Ireland
“Whole-body metabolic modelling provides novel insight into host-microbiome crosstalk.”

SCOPE
The goal of SysMod is to foster the development of comprehensive models of cells, tissue, and organisms from high dimensional data by connecting bioinformaticians and systems biologists. SysMod will feature three keynote talks, ten contributed presentations, and a poster session. SysMod is part of ISMB/ECCB, a five-day conference that features sessions on a broad range of computational biology research.
