slow grow rate primary culture and possible contamination

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with primary cell culture. The cells are very slow to come out of the tissues and I see at a different focus point of cells this cristall like structure that you can see in the image. Shall I worry for the contamination? Thanks in advance
