An interesting GFCFSF menu plan on the cheap

This was created by the TACA foundation for people who had to go
gluten free and casein free on a budget - so they worked out a monthly
menu that could be made using foodstamps. Had some recipes for these
and everything. Thought it might be nice, in these economic times, to
get some ideas for more inexpensive GF meals.

And re: playgroups - hoping to set one up some time in the next few
months, but things have been a bit crazy so I've been playing the

Thank you for posting this. When I had charge of Cel-Kids, I had this
question about budget versus special diet a lot!
