Coming 'round to the regular, normal, non-foo foo section aisle I
found a full shelf display of Petosa Family Foods gluten free mixes.
My daughter and I were STUNNED. Petosa, from Phoenix, is Celiac Sprue
Association approved. In bags, gluten free soup mixes, bread mixes,
biscuit mixes, meat loaf mix, pasta dinners (add choice of meat), a
sweet potato brownie mix, and more.

And at Fry's?! I could have spent a lot of money right then, but we
chose the Sun Dried Tomato Biscuits mix, the Country Biscuits mix, and
the Garden Veggie Meatloaf Mix. Must contain myself for now!
