2016 Celi-Act Vendor Fair and Board Members

Hey everyone!

I would like to give you a little background about myself before jumping right into business: I am currently a nutrition student at UT and will be graduating in May. I have been interning at GI for Kids for almost 2 years now and was recently hired to work on Celi-Act. I have been diagnosed with celiac for 4 years now and love to spread awareness. 

Dr. Al-Tawil from GI for Kids has given me the task of planning the 2016 gluten free vendor fair. I am really excited to get this planned and work on revitalizing this support group. I am trying to spark some interest for potential board members (I know some of you have been on the board in the past) for Celi-Act and even volunteers for the upcoming vendor fair. The vendor fair looks like it will be on Saturday August 6th but that is not definite yet.

Wonderful news!!  Nicole is great to work with and I have no doubt she will be able to take this group to the next level!!  I encourage all of you to volunteer in ANY capacity so that the group will continue to provide awareness of Celiac Disease throughout the community and help make the 2016 Vendor Fair a huge success!!!!  Good luck!
