http://celiacdisease.about.com/od/GlutenFreeAlcohol/f/Baileys-Gluten-Free.htm
The above is an article I found, it also has a list of commercial rum creams. Also, at the end of the article there are links to other gluten free alcohols and other related articles. (It is one of those About.com articles) The Baileys website had the same information.
I honestly cant remember if I have actually had baileys in a while. I think I have  kahlua and cream. As I have looked at the Baileys website & other information, because it says A. Other ingredients and also B. Whiskey made from grains is used to make Baileys original irish cream they can't classify it as gluten free.
Often times during the distilling processing the grain is somewhat removed (to put it lightly) but often times with some alcohol it is difficult to say how much etc. It looks like it cant be said it is safe to drink & therefore the company will not say it is gluten free. Some people aren't as bothered by it by I would stay away if you celiac or are gluten intolerant.
Hope this helps some.

I have bought Carolyn's Irish Cream for years and never had a problem. I drank it before I
found out I was celiac and after. I never did like Bailey's for some reason.

There is a Baileys substitute that might work for you if you find you have problems with original Baileys: Carolans Irish Cream. In its Frequently Asked Questions, Carolans reports that it's both wheat- and gluten-free and "suitable for celiacs."

I found this as I was reading.
