Appraisal for 2bd / 2bth LOFT style in Celeste Circle

Hi Nina / Board,
I'm in the process of refinancing, for 20739 celeste circle, and was wondering if any of you could share recent appraisal amounts for 2bd/2bth units in our community.

My 2bd/2bth loft was recently appraised (Quicken loans appraiser) and it came in at $480k which seemed incredibly low to me.  I was expecting at the very least $520k - $560k.  Zillow is estimating $543,500:

Just wanted to see what others have received on appraisals.  Hoping to get some comps so I can share with quicken in justifying the value of our 2bd/2bth units are definitely in the $520K+ range...
