management company

Hi All,

Our management company sent a vendor to seal the ceiling hole in the breezeway which

was cut two days after my garage ceiling hole got cut. However, my garage ceiling hole

still stays open now. I don't understand why not ask the vendor to fix the garage ceiling hole

at same trip with fixing the breezeway hole since my garage was next to the breezeway and

for the same cause which they both were cut. It would save more association money to

seal them both at same trip than on different trips. The worst part is that I have to call

management company to fix the garage hole before it send a vendor to me.

Subject: Aqua-Tek plumbing has terrible service

Hi All,

Is there anyone having the same experience like me with Aqua-Tek?

The plumber from Aqua-Tek told me last night that he would be back to finish

fixing  pipe leakage in the hallway this morning at around 9am but he

didn't show up. Therefore, my neighbor and my family couldn't

use kitchen sinks since last night. This Aqua-Tek service center left me a message at 11:30am

to inform that the plumber will be coming tomorrow and asking me to be home.

The plumber has told me last night that the leaking was not from my garage and

I didn't need to be present while he came back. I could have used my sink

after I saw no Aqua-Tek truck at 11am this morning because last night the plumber

has spent two hours on fixing the drainpipe leakage and this morning from 9am to 11am

was another two hour working time. What's wrong with this vendor? It is also obvious

that the water is dripping on the hallway wall but not in my garage. Why bother to

cut my garage ceiling first but not the hallway ceiling? Did Aqua-Tek communicate

with their plumbers?
