Board,
Got a few questions about the new IRS 70-604:

- What's the alternative?

- When would it make sense to NOT go with it?

- Rolling over access amounts year over year should keep HOA low correct?
- Resolution indicates that any excess membership income will be applied to next year's dues, which is in lieu of returning the excess money to the individual association members.
