A Super Safeway combining the PW Market Site and Current Riteaid... and a Super Riteaid, upfront along the Homestead Street side...

Wow!  Thanks for the heads up on this Nina!

Were we involved in any of the planning meetings?

I'm curious if they were at all interested in making celeste circle home owners an offer to buy out our land.  Don't get me wrong, I love our neighborhood and units  but I've also seen in the past big corporations offering 300+% market value to home owners for the land.  That'd be on average of 1.5 million for each home owner at Celeste circle:)...

Just thought I'd throw this out there for everyone to contemplate:)...  Even if it is far fetched :)

All Homeowners would have recd the City Planning Commission Meeting when Plans are presented....its as to how many folks READ what they get in the mail, and attend any City COuncil Meetings....
