To the Deanza Forge Family,
Mary and I wanted to put in a good word for Acqua-Tek. They had a team here today (02/21/11) to replace failing water pipes for our 8-unit cluster (20662-20669). The feeder lines that run in the soffit at the front of our garages had developed pin-hole leaks. Yes it was a pain in the butt to get get our garages ready for the work, but the Aqua-Tek crew was prompt, friendly, professional, and cleaned everything up. The job was done very neatly. The problem we have will likely repeat itself in other clusters so keep an eye open for any staining of the sheetrock at the front ceilings of your garages.
