Hi All,

This is very bad, we can neither construct a house nor sell it even at the half the market price, If it is not well maintained. Frankly even after DLF coming a stone throw from our layout we will not have any benefits.

Can somebody post photographs of the current layout situation.

Is there anyway we can get the site # who are yet to pay ? 

We can trace the owners by some means in registration office / Panchayat Gram Tana office & ask them to pay.

I suggest that each of us send the money to the association's account. We
are seriously going towards a deep trouble if we do not take stock of the
situation and take some action. Look at all the layouts in our vicinity,
each one of them have grown to become a completely habitable and have
developed themselves in a great community. I really commend the effort of
Deepak and all of you who have put their time and effort in doing something
for the layout through the association work. The responsibility lies with
in each of us.
 
I am not in the town (out of country), I suggest that we atleast have a
google-hangout or something so that maximum number of people can connect to
the meeting and decide about how we can continue maintaining the layout and
next steps on how we can support people who are ready to construct houses
in the layout.
 
I will schedule a hangout if you guys agree for this weekend.
