Hi All,

Some more facts got to know from Deepak.

At the max the site will go for 1,200 Rs. or best case 1400 Rs. 

Where as surrounding Navya layout is going @ 1,800 Rs. / sqft

Villas in adjacent layout going @ 90 Lakhs

Of the 100 odd people whom Deepak contacted only 40 bother to reply & pay.

Please decide for yourself if you want to save the property by maintaining well or damaged more without maintenance.

Please spread the word.

Thanks Deepak for the update,

I own plot : 189 and I think I have paid the maintenance charges. Can you just confirm it to be sure that I didn't miss out anything?

Sure we cant manage changes happening outside the layout. The least we in this group can do is to maintain our layout well and hope for the best in future. I will be in India in another couple of weeks and will visit the site.

I have also paid the maintenance amount. We definitely need to take care of the layout. Do we know list of owners who have not paid the maintenance?

Just so I am clear, we had to only make one payment of 10000 one time correct? I have made that payment but wasn't sure if there was an annual maintenance payment we had to make. If there is please let me know the amount and I will send it right away. I looked up the old emails yesterday and couldn't find any information about a recurring yearly payment.

Hi All,

   I dont think one time payment of Rs.10,000 will be sufficient to maintain the layout. So lets plan for yearly recurring payments to cover the security and cleaning expenses. I also recently visited the area and please find the attached photos taken from site 249.

I am already  constructing the house, I have seen couple of new owners visitn their site and funny thing is they don't want to pay the fee for maintenance.

So the layout is everyone's property, who ever ,what ever want they want they can do. that is the situation.

Sending mails will not help untill unless individual owner takes responsibility for the layout.

I request all of you who have not yet paid the one-time membership fee to the "celebrity lakeview layout site owners" association, pay it up & become the member.

This will help us in at-least paying up the pending security & electricity bills. 

I agree with the suggestion from Arul,

We can remove the cleaner/gardener. And spray some chemicals that prevent weeds from growing for 6/12 months..

This will save us some money.

Anyways, at current condition, we'll have to let go of both security and cleaner.

Once I start living there, I can ensure...

1) Floating people entering the layout for their leisure.

2) Can note the valid owners & ask explain them the layout maintenance.

However  for the now & further, we need to keep a good security. we should not remove the security.

For this  we need to do some alternatives.

Thanks for your efforts you are putting for this. Unfortunately I am not in Bangalore. I am still in USA.

Please let me know if you have any contact numbers of the site owners, who are living in USA now.

I can call them and get their pending payments done for the layout.

If you started collecting the maintenance fee again(after our initial 10,000/- collection), please let me know.

I will send the maintenance fee for my site. also, you can choose anybody available and interested as "Vice President" of our layout, instead of me. Please let me know, if any formalities has to be done from my side for that.

Once again, your efforts for this is really appreciable and hats off to you guys. Thank you.
