Roopnath sir,

This amount seems to be a huge debt for now. Before we plan to how to collect this amount to settle this with the security agency, I think we should plan to stop the service for a while and then look at ways to collect the money and then resume service.

 

Any luck with collecting money from more owners?

Dear Sir,

Refer to your Work Order dated 22 February 2012 issued by Secretary for Celebrity Lake view Association.

We have been providing our Security services at your layout since April 2012. Since then we have been delivering our service at most care and up to the satisfaction of your association.We are paying the guards every month and all other statutory norms are being full filled till date.

Quite some times, it is noticed that, your association is not at all bothered to make the monthly payment for the security service we have provided at the Celebrity lake view lay out. As on today there is an outstanding payment of Rs.1,84,108/- (Rupees one lakh eighty four thousand one hundred eight only). Statement attached as on 01 May 2014. It is very unfortunate that nobody is giving a commitment when are you going to make our payments.This way it very difficult for us to continue the services and we expect a speedy payment action from your side.

Looking forward to hear a commitment from your end.

Roopnath,

Only few of us know about the security, others when they visit the layout there is no security and gate is open always , hence people believe there is no security.

And you are getting the bills for the entire month, where as security person will be available  2-3 days in a month. 

You have to stop the security as it is of no use.

Thanks for your reply which is the only one so far. Nobody wants to stop the service and it is so difficult to collect maint. There are some people helping and we plan to meet and close and lock the gates and not allow any vehicles inside.Do not know how people will take it.
I am retired and awailable to help but people dont come forward.I have sent so many mails,called up so many people,spent so much money from my pocket but to no awail.No wonder Deepak gat fed up and sold off his site.

Hello Roopnath,

I would like to thank you for all your efforts in collecting maintenance and managing layout.

Please start publishing (on this e-mail group) regularly the list of people, who have not paid maintenance with their site numbers.

If we know any of them, at least we can remind them for the payment.

It is pity, that people do not understand, that they are depreciating their own layout and site, by not paying maintenance.
