Hi Rambabu,

I believe you are aware that some of the site owners have formed an association which is registered under govt act.

To bring the layout in live-able condition & to prevent further degradation & theft from the layout we've assigned security & cleaners.

For this lot of people have paid with which we've been able to pay for security & cleaning.

All the site owners are supposed to become the members of "Celebrity Lakeview Owners welfare association" by paying one time fee of Rs 10,000/-

This goes to cleaning, maintenance & security.

Since you too enjoy the benefit of good layout in terms of site value & construction, we request you to join the association & help us make it better.
