Recently I came to know about encroachment of plots in Celebrity Lake view layout through one of my friend. I am shocked to here this situation with our layout Celebrity Lake view. I am owner of Plot No. 314. I really feel bad to say that I am not in Bangalore and not able to extent my support during this difficult times. Please add my email id to the group. I have looped in all the email addresses we had earlier when Roopnath was communicating with site owners.
I request all to reply to this mail for future communications.
Altogether there are 88 email addresses There could be some repetitions some wrong/out dated addresses
I suggest that we can have group so that management of addresses can be easier.
I am also reproducing mail from Narayan with MOM of our last meeting for information of all.

There are more than 20+ plot owners attended today’s meeting and please find below the minutes of Celebrity Lakeview layout owners association meeting today.
Owners’ minutes:
1. We agreed to meet plot owners every month since we need more participants
2. Targeted to reach more plot owners in WhatsApp and mailing group
3. Agreed to clean up of individual plots and roads immediately
4. There are 6 plots encroached by local people already
a. 3 plots just before main entrance gate (181 plot and 2 plots before that)
b. Another 2 plots which are parallel to main entrance road
c. Another plot that is at main entrance of phase 2, already dug fully and using by local water supplier. Very difficult to identify plot number there
5. Local people may extend their encroachment to other plots since none of plot owners monitoring their plots
As per info available from Mr. Shahid we have to do the following actions immediately.
1. Already court case is running and couple of plots nearby main gate under threatening already. Please get in touch with Mr.Shahid to know impacted plots. These plots can’t be Sell or buy due to court case
2. Apply for e-khata since we need legal proofs, please contact to Said(celebrity builders): 9901909956 to get it done
3. Don’t leave plots unattended, regularly visit, start immediate constructions or build boundary walls atleast so that they will not touch our plots by local guys
We are trying to reach more plot owners and empower our association more powerful.
Please send your plot number, name, mobile number and mailing address by WhatsApp or using common mailing list. Let’s reach more people….
