Hi guys,

I visited our layout last week. Except main road, all roads and Parks are fully occupied with junk trees. unable to go there.

Almost all sites fully covered with junk trees and snake huts everything where.

Near by main gate, constructing apartment by combining 3 sites.

Nobody will buy our plots since our layout in a worst condition.

There is no maintenance work at our layout.

Please save our layout guys by providing monthly minimum maintenance to committee.

Hi Narayan,

I completely agree with your assessment. Just because of negligence from owners, this great investment could turn into trash. At the minimum, people who can't be there should be able to contribute funds for maintenance. I contributed the first 10000 rupees collected. Are we going for the second round collection?

Folks, we all have put our hard earned money in buying this. Let's give some care and attention and this turns into gold. If you are out of country, please contribute in maintenance funds,

Hi All,

Don't worry about the entire layout..... the discussion will not go anywhere... just invest in your plot alone and get it cleaned. this way, you will have the satisfaction that what you spent is on your own plot. there are few intelligent guys who spent money and constructed a compound wall for their site and also got their sites cleaned.... these sites looks clean and neat. same thing has to be done by others. at least cleaning and not the compound wall. next time, when you come to visit the plot. catch a labor walking around and pay him 1 day labor and get your site cleaned. My sincere advice. :-)

I agree totally here. If someone can take the lead on getting the same cleaned we can divide the cleaning cost and share. Also i can talk to few of my friends who will be able to help organize the cleaning people.

Hi All,

In other layouts(well maintaining), sq ft around 2000 but in our layout just around 1400 and hard to find buyer because layout in a worst condition.

Some people constructed walls for plots but inside there are so many junk trees there. These plots also in a bad shape.

Please call for a combined meeting with local staying Bangalore plot owners to find out the permanent solution for layout maintenance and forming renewed committee.

I'd suggest, this is a rainy season and just begin cleaning your own sites after rain season other wise no use, it will grow again.

I have a plot in other layout, formed committee and well maintaining that layout and charging Rs.500 maintenance per plot per month.
