Dear All,

We'll be meeting on Sunday, August 7th 11 am SHARP & will be winding up by max 12 ~ 12.30 pm 

a) Getting eKhata done  at reasonable prices (Those interested can their xerox copy of their SALE DEED, Khata documents to get it done at bulk)

b) Concrete steps of getting layout cleaned by small contributions from site holders to ensure there is illegal activities & layout is in proper shape.

(People with multiple sites should come PRO-ACTIVELY  for this as its more beneficial for them ) 

c) Getting the Association account back activated to collect contributions.

d) Identifying a Layout cleaner (who has JCB & manual laborers) asking him to care taker of layout for at least 6 months once cleaned

e) Getting Compound wall done by pooling with Neighbours ( adjacent sites members can come forward for this & share cost) 

f) Understanding more about the cases details especially encroachment at the left  & cases for which sites 207 to 219 & 311 to 319 are mentioned in OS 799 / 2015

Those who want to call from outside India, Please set up a bridge where Indian number can be dialled.

P.S: Getting compound walls / EKhata is all upto your preferences & your contacts (Current market rates varies at 3 ~ 4 K as updated in Internet & multiple local sources for EKhata & around  60 ~ 70 K for  4 feet height / 2 feet depth compound wall with hollow blocks )
