Hi,
I have one suggestion. Can we find out how many are willing to construct house at Celebraty lakeview? We just have to do a minimum, for example one bed room house, which can be expanded in future. Can every one start building at the same time. We need to find a builder and give it for contract to build all houses together. All the houses will be ready at the same time and can give it for rent. When people are living there, the lay out value will go up and will be easy to do maintenance. We can charge the tenants for Maintenance. Just see if you can discuss this idea in meetings. when everyone build the house together, it will come out very cheap as we can buy materials in bulk.

It is better if association can take the responsibilty and ensure every owner build a house.
