all sites collectively or Individually . 

We must make a note of one thing , that most of us are either based in Abroad or at other cities of India and we are simply unable to visit and take care of the properties . 

There is a big threat of Encroachment by outsiders , that will put our position in real jeopardy . 

Mr. Shahid is not only having properties here , but also has the pulse of  realty development and he being most integrated part of Celebrity Lake View Association , will definitely give his helping hand .
