Hi Hariharah/ Sateesh,

I believe you've not paid the association membership fee.. Also, Hariharan, if i'm not wrong you're part of initial group while forming the association.

Request all the site owners you to pay the celebrity layout membership fee first, because there other site owners are trying to improve the layout & 

planning to construct houses there.

Lot of members have put money & time to see the layout develop to be in better condition than what it is...

Last week I have been in the layout, it is in pathetic situation. I have not seen any progress from the current association, that’s why I have not actively participated. What is the next course of action, when are you starting the work at the layout.

Hi Hariharan,

For 1 we've deployed security & there are 2 ppl working on cleaning the shrubs & bushes..but unfortunately nobody is monitoring it on regular basis...

With the security, we've been able to stop pilfering from the layout..

we've got the gates painted, put up the notice board.

checked the water connection.

provided electricity etc....

All these things required lot of efforts & work from association EC members..

We require active participation from all site owners to bring the layout in habitable state & we require your support.
