Apartment neighbors

I recently moved to a 3 story walkup and my back window overlooks

the pool. My problem is the girls that live here. They sun bathe

and swim,which is no big deal, except when they tan topless. None

of them are ashamed of their bodies and show it. It is driving me

up the wall. Yes, I could refuse to look but I am drawn to the

view. They speak when we pass but that is the extent of the

conversation. My secret: I want to photograph them but cannot as I

have no camera. With my income, such a purchase is out of the

question. Is it wrong to want to do this?
