The leaves of black walnut trees are compound, meaning they have two rows of leaflets on opposite sides of a vein. A leaflet is commonly thought of as a leaf, but the leaf is actually comprised of a group of 12 to 20 or so small leaflets.
As their name implies, Eastern black walnuts are native throughout most of the eastern United States, and here in Indiana (Zone 6) the nuts ripen from late summer through most of autumn. This lengthy period can be somewhat attributed to environmental factors, but is mostly due to the fact that ornamentally planted trees represent many different cultivars from around the country. I have one tree on my property from which I can start gathering nuts in early September, but there are parks nearby with trees dropping nuts from August through October. I can typically find viable nuts on the ground through November.
Recently I discovered a better way to get a successful shelling. I took my kids to the playground at the same local park where my classmates and I used to play. There are several big trees there that drop tons of nuts every year. A gentleman was sitting on a park bench with a mound of walnuts at his feet and a nice pile of shelled, ready-to-eat nutmeats on the bench next to him. He would take a nut from the pile, set it on the concrete at his feet, and give it a few moderate taps with a brick. The nut would come apart in reasonably uniform pieces, and he seemed to be getting nice, big pieces of nutmeat out with just his fingers. I had never seen anyone make such quick work of shelling black walnuts.
Before starting it's important to note two danger zones. Do not walk into the mist, or you will be attacked by creatures called Denizens. Try to avoid all lava spots from cracks in the ground. Players who touch the lava will get injured, and zombies that touch lava will be set on fire and may explode when killed.
The first build-able item and blue print table is also located inside the Bus Depot. There are three items that can be placed together to create a turbine. This turbine will open any doors that require power and activate Perk-A-Cola Machine. Make note: Even though perks are bought, they will not activate until the power is turned on!
Use the Turbine to exit out of the bus station, or buy the doors for 750 Points. Always search areas that are opened by the Turbine for bus upgrades! Attach the upgrades to parts of the bus to improve chances of survival when traveling from area to area.
The achievement / trophy Fuel Efficient can be done here. Outside is a lantern on the street to the left. Place the turbine under the lantern and it should start to emit a green light. Go into the fog and a Denizen should latch onto you. Move to the lantern quickly and the Denizen will jump down and turn into a portal. Jump into the portal to be teleported to a random place.Outside is the bus that will take everyone to the next area. You may want to look around the front first to see if the Mystery Box is here.
Behind the counter is a dolly. If you don't know what a dolly is, it's one of those steel contraptions with wheels that you place heavy items on to move from place to place. It's what movers use. Grab this piece and head to the Gas Station and Garage.
Use 750 points to open up the Gas Station. This seems to be the first area the Mystery Box will always start in. Try to get an EMP Grenade! In the back of the gas station is the blue print table. Use the dolly from earlier for the first part of the item. Next, search the garage for a car door. Use the door on the blue print table to create a Zombie Shield. This shield will act exactly like the Assault Shield. It can be used to smash zombies and kill them with a single hit though regrettably no points are gained through killing zombies with the Zombie Shield, or it can be planted into the ground for cover.
Half-way past the diner area, there is a shortcut that takes you directly to town. It's in the haze so you might want to hit the Mystery Box a couple times. From the Diner to the Farm there is lava on the ground (closer to the Diner). After the bus passes over the lava, jump out, there should be a small opening in barrier of the bus route. It will take you directly to the Town section.
Inside the barn is another wall weapon. Up stairs is the Double Tap II Root Beer Machine. A part to another build-able weapon may be located inside the barn or outside the house. This part is the machine gun.
Around the left side of the house is the third and final piece for the build-able item, a lawnmower. Take this to the blue print table to create a Machine Gun Turret! Unfortunately, this turret will only work if the Turbine is used with it.
Between areas three and four is a corn maze. Beyond the corn maze is a demolished building that looks exactly like Nacht Der Untoten. Inside is an item that goes towards creating a buildable piece of equipment.
Jump down into the secret lab and travel down the hall. If two are more people are playing, have one go to the next area (Town) and have the other use the Turbine here. Tell the person in town to blow the safe door open over at the Bank. Using the Turbine here will open up a secret passage to a blue print table and all pieces to create the Pack-A-Punch Machine. This time, weapons can be pack-a-punched a second time to add on a weapon Attachment for 2000 points.
There are three parts in this lab that will create the power switch. The first part is the big rectangular part of the power switch, the second is a small handle for the switch, and the third part is a severed zombie hand. Use all three of these to build the power switch on the blue print table at the far end. Turn on the power to activate any perks you may have, as well as an electrical trap in the nearby room. Do not re-enter the room or you will be damaged! You may notice another Mystery Box Spawn here.
Turning on the power and turning it back off will bring Him. Him can easily be defeated by using an EMP Grenade from the Mystery Box. Defeating him without being damaged will unlock the You Have No Power Over Me achievement / trophy. Another less easy way to kill Him is to use the Galvaknuckles which can beat him but only after quite a few hits.
Another blue print table is located here. Search around for a battery, a tesla tube, and a car jack to create an Electric Trap. Just like with the Machine Gun, you will need the Turbine to use this. You may need to jump across the catwalk to find all items.
If two are more people are playing, have one stay back in the last area (Power Lab) and use the Turbine near the entrance. The person here needs to blow the safe door open. Using the Turbine will open up a secret passage to a blue print table and all pieces to create the Pack-A-Punch Machine. Though the player in the Pack-A-Punch passage must stay in the passage if said other player wishes to upgrade due to the problem of the door closing if there is not someone in the passage due to the fact that the turbine powered the door and opened it and when it is taken away the door will have no power and shut unless a player is inside.
The final building can only be opened up via a door on the second floor. Walk up the stairs on the side of the building to find a door that requires 750 points to open. Inside this building is the Jugger-Nog Machine.
Other items can be created from pieces found between bus stops, but that means you'll have to venture out in the mist. You can create this in the fifth area. These items will be needed to complete the Tower of Babble Easter Egg.

5.1 The Working Group believes that race as an issue has fallen through the cracks, in that, each provider has assumed another provider or agency was taking lead responsibility for ensuring racial equality. The education sector needs to work as a whole to maximise impact. While there are common goals, each area has its own specific responsibilities to take forward.
5.2 It is also important that improving the numbers of black and minority ethnic teachers requires not only attracting people into the education sector but a need to retain these teachers. This requires the sector as a whole to reflect upon how it might currently be operating in ways that do not fully value black and minority ethnic staff. The evidence identifies marketing, recruitment and selection, university admission policies and experience while on placement as areas that require attention. However, what also requires attention is to consider areas beyond the scope of this Working Group such as that of the school curriculum and the ethos of the education sector itself in terms of its comfortableness with diversity in all its forms.
5.3 This report draws attention to a number of specific issues and recommendations for action within the education sector. There is, however, a wider public sector duty and a responsibility for all staff, leaders, sectors, organisations and institutions to promote race equality, improve representation and visibility, and champion the work across the Scottish public sector to reduce racial discrimination.
5.4 The Working Group believes it is worth reminding the education sector of their responsibilities in this respect and would encourage pro-active engagement on racial diversity. In particular we recommend that the goal of appropriate representation in teaching should be mirrored by much greater representation in key aspects of sectoral governance such as governing bodies and key working groups. Data on the composition of these groups should be publicly available.
