ImportantWhen you create a Google Account for your business, you can turn business personalization on. A business account also makes it easier to set up Google Business Profile, which helps improve your business visibility and manage your online information.

Your Gmail and Google Accounts are separate. A Gmail account is one of several Google services you can use and save data with if you have a Google Account. Other services you can use with your Google Account include:

If you signed in to any Google product before, such as Gmail, Maps, or YouTube, you already have a Google Account. You can use the same username and password you created to sign in to any other Google products.

If you can't remember that you signed in and would like to check if you have an account, enter your email address. You'll find a message if there isn't a Google Account associated with your email address.

The account creator user group (accountcreator user group) grants access to a tool which permits trusted Wikipedia contributors to make a large number of accounts for other people who request them.

The account creator flag may be granted to users who are active and experienced in the request an account process (ACC) and so are identified to the Wikimedia Foundation. Users are expected to correctly handle many requests and have hit the six (6) account rate limit more than once before requesting the flag, which may be done at Wikipedia:Requests for permissions/Account creator.

The right is included in the Administrator toolset. To grant the flag, administrators should follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Requests for permissions/Account creator/Administrator instructions.

The account creator permission is provided to editors active in the ACC process. Users with the account creator right are allowed to use any of the technical abilities included with this user right at their own discretion. The English Wikipedia has 10 users who explicitly have the account creator flag enabled.

This right was previously granted to individuals involved with off-wiki outreach events to help them create accounts for participants. In May 2018, a new user group, event coordinator, was created, which allows individuals to not be affected by the rate limit on creating accounts without the other abilities granted to account creator. Editors who previously would have been eligible for account creator should instead request the eventcoordinator user group.

All other users can only access information within the Azure Purview account if they, or a group they're in, are given one of the above roles. This means, when you create an Azure Purview account, no one but the creator can access or use its APIs until they are added to one or more of the above roles in a collection.

A Cloud Billing account is set up in Google Cloud and is usedto define who pays for a given set of Google Cloud resources andGoogle Maps Platform APIs. A Cloud Billing account is connected to aGoogle payments profile. Your Google payments profile includes apayment instrument to which costs are charged.

To grant or limit access to Cloud Billing, you can set anIAM policy at theorganization level, the Cloud Billing account level, and/or the projectlevel. Google Cloud resources inheritthe IAM policies of their parent node, which means you canset a policy at the organization level to apply it to all theCloud Billing accounts, projects, and resources in theorganization.

To grant permission to a user to view the costs of all projects under aCloud Billing account, give the user permission to view the costs fora Cloud Billing account (billing.accounts.getSpendingInformation). Togrant permission to a user to view the costs for a specificproject, give the user view permissions for individualprojects (billing.resourceCosts.get).

The Cloud Billing account is linked to Projects 1, 2, and 3, meaningthat it pays for costs incurred by the three projects. The Cloud Billingaccount can also pay for projects in other organizations, but it inheritsIAM permissions from its parent organization.

Although you link Cloud Billing accounts to projects,Cloud Billing accounts arenot parents of projects in an IAM sense, andtherefore projects don't inherit permissions from theCloud Billing account they are linked to.

I will be setting up a series of shared drives for them with their required settings and permissions. Is it ok for me to do this using my account (which is under my name) which will be deleted or archived when I'm done this project?

Hi @erenalleycorp , Shared Drives are not owned by users, they are owned by the Organization and thus Shared drive files belong to the team instead of an individual. Even if members leave, the files stay in the shared drive so your team can keep sharing information and work anywhere, from any device. You might find the table here helpful in understanding how sharing and permissions work.

Understanding your follower growth and activity is a priority for influencers and creators. Creator accounts give you access to an in-depth insights dashboard. Here, you can access data on your followers and how they engage with your account.

In your Creator Studio dashboard, hit the green Create Post button in the top left corner. Then, upload your content, write your caption, and any other information you would like to include. Then, hit the drop-down arrow next to Publish in the bottom right corner.

For creators, being specific with your category can allow you to niche down and find your community. For business accounts, understanding your industry category shows your audience what you can do for them.

As we mentioned above, you can tag shoppable products from brands that have approved access. Business accounts, however, can add a Shop to their profile, tag shoppable products in posts and Stories, and access Shop insights.

Head back to your profile page. From here, hit the hamburger menu in the top right corner. Hit Settings, then navigate to Creator. Under this tab, you can manage more features like:

The Contact Account Creator content item enables users to create an account for an individual or organization. You can choose either an individual or organization account type, include a sign-in link, and even choose to redirect the user to a content record. Addresses entered through this content item are automatically uploaded to a service that verifies and standardizes the address. Users can accept the suggested address, or keep the original address as they entered it. See Address Verification Service (AVS) for more information.

The Give now section is designed specifically for organizations who want to send emails to donors with a link that allows the donor to donate without logging in to the website. See Permitting donors to give without logging in for more information.

Instagram creator accounts are public, professional accounts specifically for content creators who make their living through creating and sharing content online. This includes, but is not limited to, photographers, videographers, models, artists and influencers.

Instagram business accounts can also use third-party apps, such as Sprout Social, to create and schedule content. Keep this in mind if creating content in a high volume or if you want to plan your content calendar in advance.

Connect your Instagram creator account to Sprout Social. Adding your creator account gives you access to Business profile features like direct publishing, first comment, robust analytics and replying to comments in the Smart Inbox. Alternatively, you can continue to schedule Instagram posts using Creator Studio.

Up until now, brands and influencers alike have been using business accounts to support their Instagram marketing efforts and leveraged third party apps to access robust social media marketing analytics.

However, with the importance of Instagram marketing growing and the changes to Instagram API disabling many third party tools, influencers started asking for more relevant in-app analytics that would allow them to understand their audience better and optimize their posts.

With no control over what kinds of messages land in their inbox, influencers with hundreds of thousands of followers can easily get overwhelmed by all the clutter and noise created by direct messages.

With the new filtering options, users can distinguish between General and Primary messages, in addition to the already available Requests tab, where messages from unknown contacts land (requests are further filtered as well).

The General inbox notifications are turned off by default, so if you would prefer to get an alert once you get a message in this tab, you have to turn on the notification toggle in the inbox settings.

From the Profile Display Options, users can choose their preferred contact option (business phone number or official email) and choose whether they want the category that describes them (Writer, Blogger, Actor etc.) to show up under their name on their profile.

But, as Instagram has recognized influencers as an invaluable part of the entire social media marketing puzzle, it has given Creators the opportunity to link to products from their collaborators right on their feed, which makes it easier to generate passive income for influencers.
