I wish you survived the first two weeks, as I did! 

I have a question, did you get the health insurance? how should I apply for it? any comment? any suggestion?

Just reporting that I'm alive. 

As for the insurance, I haven't heard or received anything relevant, despite completing all the paper work a long time ago. 

You should have had filled some forms from your universit's human resources department. Check with colleagues in your university.
