CMA membership - free access to books/journals

Hey all,

Hope everyone is alive and well after the first 2 weeks.

Just wanted to point something out....not sure if it was already mentioned, but a reminder can't hurt.

So everyone probably has their OMA/CMA membership by now. Through our CMA membership we can access literally hundreds of textbooks and journals..free....on MDConsult and other links. All you have to do is activate your membership (figure out your member # etc) and log in at cma.ca. Click on "Residents" and under "General Resources" there'll be a crap load of awesome stuff. For e.g.: for EM, I can access the entire Rosen's (EM bible) and Tintinalli's textbooks. All the other specialities have a bunch of books available too, so there's a good chance that the ones that are a must-read are on there.

Perhaps y'all already knew this, but if you didn't...there it is.
