Dear Cohort A,It has been a while since this forum seen some activity. It's Sep 24th, which marks the end of AVP. I hope and I'm sure that all were successful and now officially enrolled (permanently) in your respective programs.Did you feel the OTPC was useful? Waste of time? Maybe a shorter or modified course would've been better? It was a busy three months for me with loads of adjustments and adaptations to the new city, people, and work routine and lastly a new family member. We were blessed with a baby boy on Sep 9th.Just thought to break the silence and revive the spirit of the group. It was a pleasure meeting and knowing all of you, and hopefully we can maintain that for years to come. All the best and please keep the forum alive !
Dear Mehsa, I'm sorry to hear about ur loss. May ur father rest in peace ! I guess u r right. These life events make u stronger. And life goes on. Good luck to u in further residency n future. Shelly |
Hi Shiraz, |
It was so sweet to hear from you and your new baby boy! Thank you for sharing this with us. It was really hard time for me as well, because I lost my father two weeks before program got started; but what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger!!! About OTPC, I think it was not waste of time but I prefer to pass a mandatory observer course at the hospital instead of that! It worked better for me! Wish you and every body in Cohort A success!
