Job Description:
1.Designing of , HVAC and coordinating his design with Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer & Architect.
2.Scheduling above work according to clients need.
3.Preparation
of the shop drawings, and specifications and coordination with design department.
4.Coordination with Procurement department for material orders and follow-up for materials at right time.
5.Direct supervision of contractors and sub-contractors activities to ensure that all works comply with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and assures that workmanship is in accordance with sound and accepted construction standards.
6.Organizing the works at job site and direct supervising the workers to execute the assigned works effectively and efficiently according to agreed schedule.
7.Self motivated, coordinating Mechanical works with Electrical / Civil / Finishing works and ability to solve practical problems.
8.Prepare and submit accurate progress report and other related reports during all stages of constructions.
9.Perform other tasks and
functions as necessary.
