As tomorrow is International Women's Day (March 8), we are pleased to inform that we have organized a WikiWomen's Workshop at CEG.
The workshop is aimed at encouraging more women to edit Wikipedia. This is important because only 9% of the editors of Wikipedia are women. As a result of this, there is lesser content about women achievers who have excelled in various fields. Apart from that, women related issues also seem to lack the women perspective as most content is created and edited by men.
