Hey,
I'm developing an application that uses Cefsharp for some embedded HTML content, it's great.
The only issue i run into is that it creates a empty locales folder whenever it runs, which looks pretty untidy and is kind of pointless, is there any setting or something similar i can do to disable this?

Hi,

This seems to be a defect with the underlying CEF component (Chromium Embedded Framework) which CefSharp relies upon: https://code.google.com/p/chromiumembedded/issues/detail?id=807

It is annoying but there doesn’t seem to be any known workaround at this time. If you manage to find something out, please keep us and the issue at that link updated; it may help someone sometime.

Best regards,

Per

Hey,

I just wanted to save others some time..
I tried various ways to get around this flaw, including making sure a folder had been set. In the issue report you linked it showed that the person tried to set bad values, but the LocalesDirPath property seems to not respond at all.. I set it to several legit values, and it just keeps making a folder in the .exe directory.

I ended up just manually removing the folder after its created, because i really dont want a seemingly random folder in my directory, that has no purpose.
