Tab System in Examples?

You made that awesome Example. But on the Tab Class (on the Bottom) its saying to do.

Is there someone who already made this? I tried to do this, for AGES to code that Tab Thing. Is there anyone who already made this, or will this be continued? Cause I really wanna code a small Browser with it, but I dont know how to accomplish this Tab thing.
