browser.Navigate vs browser.LoadURL()

When using js bindings and load new file or url using LoadURL(), then all binds disappear and can't access them anymore. However, when using Navigate it works fine.
is this the normal case or this is bug?

Both do exactly the same. See https://github.com/cztomczak/cefpython/blob/5679f28cec18a57a56e298da2927aac8d8f83ad6/src/browser.pyx#L527
