Please note that the date of our June meeting has changed to accommodate as many schedules as possible. I have 8 people who have committed to Monday, June 19, which makes quorum. I will let you know which room we will use once I hear from the Judee in Facilties.
I will send the board packet and formal agenda next week, but know that we will finalize the changes to the bylaws that we discussed at our May meeting; look at our mission statement; and vote to add 3 new trustees to the Board. If you have an item to add to the Agenda, please let me know.
