A short week for North with Tuesday's "ice day", but another great week for learning:
1. "Buck Wilder" assembly: Author Tim Smith came to North to share about his experience as a writer (alias "Buck Wilder"). Great for our kids to hear - check out this picture. IMG_0318.JPG
2. Kindergarten meeting: Get the word out: our annual Kindergarten meeting will be Tuesday, February 21st at 6:30 pm. This will be an informational time for parents of incoming kindergarten students.
3. Safety drill: On Wednesday, we'll be holding a brief lock-down drill as part of our on-going routines to make sure North is a safe place to learn.
4. North Creek "Kindness Wall": We've started our kindness wall at North: anyone is invited to contribute a kind, positive or encouraging word on a post-it note to our wall (check out the picture - A short week for North with Tuesday's "ice day", but another great week for learning:
