Hi Anita.  I hope you are feeling better!  You sounded horrible on Wed… sorry!  I am ccing the full board so we can help you with whatever you need.

 

In terms of getting the auction ready for Friday’s live date, what needs to be done?

-          Need to correct the typos under “organization”.  I tried to go in and fix it but wasn’t able?

-          I updated all the buy it nows per our board conversation

-          Jen was going to update the minimums and increments

-          The In-Kind sponsors need pics.  I am not sure how to do those?

-          #103 shows up as a Live Auction item?  Don’t think I have the ability to change it.

-          Were we going to add the Grey Ghost Gift Card to the DSO tickets?

-          Need to get Shasta to provide the draft email with the link to 32auctions that will go to the donors and be posted to facebook

-          We need to choose our winspire packages, but don’t necessarily HAVE to have those by Friday…

-          What else?

 

Other questions I have that we can deal with after Friday’s live date…

-          How should we handle the back bid for Wine for 16?

-          Should we offer a CEF sponsorship item again?  We did for the last two years…  Got $500, then $100.

-          What should we do with the Rachel Ray tickets?  Just offer them in silent and see if anyone will bid on them alone?

-          I know you need some help printing the bid sheets.  I think Sara gave you the paper on Wed.  If you email me the file and get me the paper, I should be able to print.

-          What about the certificates and the envelopes for the donors that we will need for the night of?  You are preparing all of those, right?  Or if you want some help, Niki and I can get all the envelopes ready for you if you would like so all you need to do is stuff them?  Let us know.

-          Do we have a list of items that we are still waiting for?

Hi guys, I did go in last night and changed all items to 30% of the FMV listed, and changed bid increments.  (There were a small handful of items that may not be exactly 30% but I used my discretion on those items ;)) I did not do anything to any live or buy it now prices though. I took one thing off the hidden list (back to nature) but the rest of the hidden items I left alone as I don't know the details on those items. Let me know if I can help with anything else on the auction site, and I'm happy to help stuff, organize items, etc. Jen

I am sending emails to those whose items are hidden and adding a few items I've received this week.  Will try to get them in before it goes live tonight.

Plastics are in the closet at WSEC, Jennifer has keys.
Lindsey Dahl is donating a painting, I will know more when I pick it up next week :)

That's awesome Sara!   Send me a picture and value as soon as you have it.

Does anyone remember who was supposed to send me the pictures of the Chelsea Bulldog sign? They are still hidden because I don't have the picture yet.
