This is Mackenzie Benning from the Chelsea High School class of 2016. I wanted to let you know I am interested in helping out on the 17th at Weber's. We are looking for students who were awarded grants from the CEF in 2016 to donate an evening of their time on Friday, March 17th at our annual gala. The gala is our annual fundraising event, which is being held at Weber's Inn in Ann Arbor. There will be dinner, a silent auction, and a live auction. The evening is usually attended by active and prominent members of the Chelsea community who support CEF by paying for admission and bidding on the auction items.  

Your evening could consist of all or part of the following: selling 50/50 raffle tickets; supporting the silent auction; helping check people in and out; networking with prominent members of the Chelsea community; attending the gala (dinner and admission is included); bidding on silent and live auction items; etc.

Please reply-all by January 31st, if you're willing to help out, so our gala committee can plan on your attendance and provide you with the all details.
