Hi all,
I am hoping those who have not sent their updates over the weekend or Monday, you can send me your individual spreadsheets sometime today so I can see what is confirmed at this point. February 1st (next week) is our goal to have most items confirmed!!
This week we should be collecting the items and I would like them either dropped off to me or if you can forward emailed certificates to me if they were sent that way. I am currently putting confirmed items in the 32Auctions website and need as much information about the item(s) so I can put good descriptions in there. I really, really need website addresses and who donated!! I use pictures and info from their websites. Having to find the website and who donated takes so much more of my time!
Next year we can duplicate easily from this year's online auction, so it will cut time immensely in future years!
For those things that can't be sent via email, I would like them either dropped off at my house, 109 Wilkinson St. or let me know when and where would be a good time for me to pick up from you. I have a small plastic tote "dropbox" under cover to the left side of my front door. Please let me know if and when you will be dropping items off so I can be sure to be here. I would rather not wait until the meeting, I would like to have it in hand so I can add good information (I don't want to have to go back)
Also in the next week, I would like everyone to have created their access on 32Auctions. I will invite people again so they are able to access. Right now, only Stacie, There's a functionality in there where we can put in follow-up notes (only seen by coordinators) in individual items - like I put some notes in one of mine that it can be grouped to make an "experience package"
I would welcome input on descriptions of your items. Eventually, I would like each person to put in their own items but this year I will do most of the work. I'm so excited with how it looks already!!
Thanks everyone for all your hard work contacting businesses!
Anita
