Sponsoring a student_information needed

Hi,

My husband and I would like to sponsor (special scholarship) a deserving student wishing to prepare a Master at RUPP, but before doing so, I would need some additional information.

CEE Foundation has been awarding numerous scholarships to students attending RUPP, since 2007, and I was wondering how the students were dealing with paying for their tuition. Even though the school year starts in August or September, the  first part of the CEE foundation's scholarships  is awarded only in December. Have you ever had any feedback from students attending RUPP on how the university deals with the payment of their tuition?
