Dear All,
We need to call for a meeting soon to discuss membership issue. It is an excellent idea to bring everyone involved with the CEEF on board in various capacities. However, as you know, I will have many difficulties meeting everyone face to face as I am no longer based in Phnom Penh. I will spend my time in SRP, BTB and BMC and may be 1 or 2 days a month in PP for meeting with CMAC Sr. Mgmt team. It is likely that I won't be able to meet all of you this month face to face. But I will try to liaise with you via SMS. Once I get my email working in the new office in SRP, we can skype each other often if I am not visiting the demining team; it would be good to share skype address (mine is samoum1951). For now I suggest Sophorn to take the lead to coordinate on line discussion for the ways forward as the rest of you are on the move...new job...new office...new boss...
There was an email from Samudd requesting information about the team in Cambodia, Can Sophorn take the lead on this to liaise with Samudd. By the way can you remove my phone number from the list for now.
Does anyone of you have a complete list of all the people in Cambodia including students, dean and CEEF members with their contact address/email/phone? Can you please share them with me?

If you form the CEE Foundation - Cambodia with the committee ( executive committee,selecting committee.... ,coordinator with different University...) then it may solve your difficulty that you are facing now.
As far as student Sophea, she is a member and you may can assign her to be a liaison or coordinator with students... We would like to have all recipients of CEE Foundation scholarship to be a CEE Foundation member.It is very good for the organization prestige......

Since the team is now growing bigger, so I have more issues to get advise from you.
We now have received more volunteer people to help CEEF as member. We (Sam, Bun, Davy, Ratha and I) are not sure about the new comers.
We would suggest separating the members into 2 types:
1. Normal members who are new comers-just to get info and find needs from different places, sources.
2. Selection committees who sit in the interview, select candidates, make payments, technical issues. I think it is good if we have more people (Alternate) in this team in case someone is busy.
I wonder how you would like Sophea to be, normal or committee. If committee, I think it would involve with conflict of interest as we provide her one year scholarship. If I am wrong, correct me.
To be a member (the two types) do we need to complete the form and which form? Please advise.
The new members address (below) should be added in the group email as well, I think.
