Vote for renewing of CEEF Board of Directors

Hello RITHY

Recently 6 of the old CEEF Board of Directors indicated their interest in renewing their role as a new BoD for the new 2 years term from 2013 to 2015.

According to the bylaw we need to vote to approve for all these interested persons first before they can play their role legally as a new BoD again for the new term.

Therefore I would like to vote YES to approve for the 6 old Board of Directors of CEEFoundation for this new term.

I hope everyone will do the same.
