RE : New Financial Statement to reflect all payments for 112 scholarships in Phnom Penh.

Dear all CCEF friends, Officers, and BoD

On December 29, 2012 We planned to distribute 112 scholarships to 112 students. But so far only 111 students come to pick up the money $80 each students.
The total cost for 111 students is : $80 X 111 = $8880

Each student has to show proof of attending or register at any English class or Computer class in order to get additional $20
Up to date I have only 87 students ( among 111 students ) who show me a proof of attending for a Computer class or English class.
We already paid $20 for each students, so the total cost of 87 students is :  $20 X 87 = $1740

So far We already spent :   $8880 + $1740 = $10620 for the above project.

Why it takes so long to report about this scholarship ?
Because it takes time to allow students to bring any proof of attending for English Class or Computer Class to show me.

Now I decide to close all the activities for this scholarship. We cannot wait any longer. We close all our account now.

I just came back from Thailand a few days ago but always busy.
Now I would like to send you a new updated of CEEF Financial Statement based on your worksheet.
And also the list of 112 students ( actually 111 students only who received the scholarship ).
Thank you so much for all your detailed inspection on my worksheet that you can find some mistake.
The 6 scanned lists that I send to you now maybe not good quality. It is a little bit hard to read unless you open it with a high resolution.

1) As mentioned in my previous email, the total bank fees ($45) charged on 12/17/2012 should be split in two equal parts of $22.50 each. You showed an incorrect amount of $22.25 each. 

2) Your balance of $5,403.50 as of 2/18/2013 is WRONG! The correct balance is $5,236.89

3) Could you send me the DETAILED list of all students with their signatures. I need it to update my file.
