Dear all CEEFoundation BoD, Officers, Friends,
I am reporting you regarding the Second Disbursement of CEEF Fund to Battambang and to Phnom Penh Students ( 17 + 79 = 96 students ) :
1- Battambang gave scholarship fund to 17 students on June 18th 2012 with the $1800 fund plus $50 cost for the ceremony cost.
The total cost for CEEF is $1850. Vanroth already sent you the list of 17 students with their signatures.
2- Phnom Penh has 80 students in 2 lists but only 79 students have shown up to pick up their scholarship fund.
The ceremony was held on June 23rd 2012 at I T C. We spent $7900 for 79 students and spent $60 for the ceremony cost.
The total cost to CEEF is $7960
Please see my attachments regarding the new updated of :
1- List of 50 students with their signatures for receiving CEEF Scholarship Fund on June 23rd 2012.
2- List of 30 students with their signatures for receiving CEEF Scholarship Fund on June 23rd 2012.
But only 29 students came to receive our scholarship Fund.
3- Financial Statement of CEEF Fund remains in Cambodia as of June 24th 2012.
4- New updated List of 50 students with some changes in their personal information
5- New updated List of 30 students with some changes in their personal information
Please save all of these files into your CEEF document for the future use or reference.
