Dear Brig. Ganju,

We met at 1000 am yesterday , the following views emerged on the subject of Annual Subscriptions :

Ashok Bhaskar - Ashokji will , along with 10 other residents , clear their dues today - he is in agreement with the requirement to clear dues till 2013-2014

Anju Malik, Rohitashwa Prasad, Rajan Narula and I are also in agreement that dues must be paid.

D.S. Kataria, Manish are following the dictate of their residents (whom they represent ) and do not hence subscribe to payment of outstanding dues .

Vir Singh ji may advice his views .

However , given that the majority believes that dues must be paid, you may send an appropriate communication to residents so that a clear message is in place.

Although Mr Vippan Kapur has clarified this aspect quoting the relevent section of the HRRS Act 2012,yet I would request the entire Adhoc EC to be unanimous on this issue so that clear cut ruling of the Adhoc EC can be communicated to the residents and put the matter to rest

                      The members would kindly recaptulate that in the last Adhoc EC meeting it was thought proper to have the GBM  for presenting the scheme and get it passed.If the GBM is to be held on 27 th,then the notice for the same is to be issued on 13 Apr,giving a notice of minimum 14 days.It is 12th today and I have not received any communication from the adhoc EC to prepare a draft GBM notice.

The adhoc EC after delibrating  the draft byelaws etc submitted by the Review committee and estimating the time lines accordingly may kindly issue directions for fixing the GBM date.
