Thanks for your e mail & hope it generates some conversation amongst ourselves.

About that special funding - i had asked in the ad - hoc EC, neither Vippan Kapoor nor Rohitaswa had any clear answers. Anyway i told them all that Cedar Crest does not want any such largesse & does not accept DW ext proposal.

At this stage CC should not project differing views on the RWA subscription etc.

We must keep the RWA together - it will be good for all the blocks.

NO BLOCK is "Pak / saaf" - somebody has monkeys, the other has dogs, another has schools & yet another is in a danger of a new block being added.

We - CC- only seem to be having a begging bowl !!!!!!!!!

The different blocks actually do need each other so lets not be on the defensive.

MANISH ji please do chip in here with your views.

BTW - how many of us Cedarians have paid the RWA subscription ? i did not get any confirmation on my previous e mail asking for details.

1. What is these special needs or funds that we as CC have asked for? I may be in the dark, but would appreciate if someone could explain when and what was asked for?

2. As compared to other blocks, the non-payment in CC may definitely be higher, but also its on the account of non-occupation of the plots UNLIKE in other blocks where majority of the people are staying and not clearing NRWA dues. Due to the low occupancy, CC is anyways suffering due to the deficiences from the Developer, which other blocks don't face.

3. Mr. Sandeep Anand and Mr. Amarinder, before and while at EC, made sincere efforts to bring all the current residents to the NRWA fold, but of course if there is no one staying around, how are the subscriptions from them to be collected. It would be impractical for CC Collegium to approach the owners of vacant plots, whose ownership records may even not be up-to-date with NRWA.

4. All the current members have cleared NRWA dues from the date of applicability of this subscription, irrespective of the date of their occupation or ownership.

5. When they know that CC is low on occupation and thus on fund contribution, why are they insistent on clubbing the DW (extn) plots with CC. What's already crippled, would not get better by adding another set of a low resources bunch.

I would request all others on the mail to add/comment on the above and send to these people who claim to represent the best interests of Nirvana. In my opinion CC is being targeted for being quiet.

and I really fear that with current environment / politics at EC level, day is not far off that Registrar will step in and take control of all our reserves.
