Dear Friends - CC Collegium,
please read the mails & advise.
things are getting dirty & it may be better to let EC resign & allow an ad hoc cmte to function.
Conversely a few disgruntled elements should not be allowed to hold the entire Nirvana to ransom.
Personally i would prefer the first option.

Seems the most sensible thing to do

Dear All,
Taking into consideration the meeting had with registrar and now Vippan kapoor and Anurag met State registrar also, I do not feel like continue in the EC and suggest to dissolve the EC. Draft for the mail is as under this is based on the draft prepared by Mr. Ranjit yesterday. Please give your comments by tonight and if you are not in favour to dissolve, I would like to resign from Gen. Secretary and EC

Dear Residents,
As you know that the complaint group has persisted with its complaint and not withdrawn it and that the registrar has indicated to us that there is a real possibility that this EC can be disbanded by the registrar because the complaint persists so the need of the hour is to form an Ad-hoc EC to take the bye-laws forward, approval of byelaws from Registrar and conduct election. Also cancel GBM which is called on 23rd for bye-laws discussions and approval.

We suggest that Gen Sindhu, Mr.S.P. Singh and Mr. Padma Kumar should be part of Ad-hoc EC and request all Collegiums to suggest the two names to be part of Ad-hoc EC.
Present EC will continue to work as care taker EC till Ad-hoc EC is formed
Thanks for the help and support given to present EC.
Regards
Vir Singh

It's so sad to see that two individuals have held the society to ransom and has costed money and time.

But agreed better to start afresh.

I recommend that as far as us 'Cedarians' are concerned , we continue with both of you representing us , under whatever nomenclature ; the internal politics of Nirvana have always been dirty . Would request both of you to please 'soldier on' ! No sense in resigning.

Warm regards
