I think cedar crest is being made to look like a "bechara"by a bunch of DW people who themselves were at loggerheads till a few days back and there was a suggestion for them to make their own RWA in view of their unresolved conflicts.
On top of this is the issue of clubbing DW EXTN which does not exist in first place.

I think we should strongly convey to this review committee:

1. By being a part of NRWA we are not looking for any special status or funds, as seems to be from a mail Mr Chawla wrote to Vippan Kapur, combining DW EXTN & CC, We will only seek our fair share from the corpus for CC betterment, whatever can be achieved from such share.

2. Advocate DW EXTN clubbing with DW itself for reasons discussed earlier in the dissent note forwarded by Deepak to the review committee.

I also suggest we meet with the review committee ASAP to emphasise these issues.
The fight with Unitech is a long drawn battle, whose issues could be avoided at this stage for our proper representation into the RWA first.

Inputs please.

Thank you.

the whole group is so confused amongst themselves...

1. At one stage, they convey that CC is not part of RWA, as the bye laws (so submitted) have not been approved by Registrar.
2. If thats the case, then CLOSE should be part of NRWA. Which conveniently they have decided to cede with..
3. Unitech has never sold a block with a name as DW extension.
4. DW exten still has a access thru the DW, so it should be part of DW itself.
5. There could be a few common issues between CC & DW(EXT), but that does not mean that we are siamese twins.

Even if NRWA decides to give a preferential status to CC + DW (extn)  - (I'm very sure that same set of DW will not agree to this extra funds doled to CC / DWE) - these funds should be allocated based on number of paying members from each block. We as CC residents had worked hard to get our fellow neighbors become member & pay NRWA charges, where as from DWE - there are only 2 paying members.
