Dear all,
I am saying since this EC came to power that the security in AG and BC in vulnerable because only 2 guards are there in each area in each shift. Inspite of telling to Unitech repeatedly they are not increasing the number of guards. So let us redistribute the guards based on area of each unit and once Unitech increase the guard strength then we can deploy in each area.
I have done an excercise as detailed below:
We have total 93 guards in both shifts, out of which 5 are supervisor,  32 are deployed on gates including main gate and community centre and left with  56 guards to deploy inside. The break up inside guards strength presently is
AG  6
BC  4
CC  6
DW 12
ES  28
Distribution based on the area of each unit will be as under
                    Area acre.         No. Of guards
AG.               18.12.                      7
BC.                16.82.                     7
CC.                 20.96.                    8
DW+extn.        39.09.                   15
ES.                   47.6.                     19
Distribution based on the length of external boundary will be as under:
Area.               Boundary length (meter).     No. Of guards

ES                   700.                                        12

In my opinion we should redistribute the guards based of area of each unit. Please have a look and give your suggestions and comments by 6th evening. Based on the majority decision will ask RWA office to inform Unitech to redistribute the guards
