Dear Cedarians,

i am attaching a list of CC members + owners & also a listing of paid / un paid. looks like all of us have to pay ! Last date is Monday - 14 April to be eligible for voting. And we need to be in strength.

All of us have to pitch in.

Suggestions welcome.

I have already conveyed my reservations reg NRWA subscription fees,

an adhoc committee or an EC (whose legality has been challenged by so many) can not take such decisions and start another war of words.

More so, RWA has enough in kitty and adding extra funds into kitty makes more lucrative for registrar to step in !!

I am with Rajeshji on this but then how to get around the voting rights in the GBM ?
This membership dues business has to be first passed in a GBM .

Secondly - those who have already paid over the years - what about them ???????

It is mess but what is the way forward ??

as much as I know that only about 100-150 persons have paid up for this year, out of 680 members.

I would suggest that in order to get ball rolling for formations of legally constituted EC and as much participation by residents, you should recommend deferring NRWA subscription for this year, till we ratify same in a GBM.
