Pls opine on the next step on the CAM charges as was discussed in meeting at Maintenance office last week.

The EC has taken the stand that we - the residents - should pay CAM charges @ Rs 2.5 per Sq Yd + Ser T @ 12.36%. This was also agreed in our Cedar Crest meeting.

The calculations can taken on phone from Sandeep Singh at maint office - 0124 22180790124 2218079.

The cheques can then be sent to me at CC 150.

It will be better for NRWA office to calculate the amount and let us know as has been in the case last time as well. It's not difficult for us to calculate as well though but good to get it done via NRWA

The issue was and still remains of Unitech's acceptance of RS. 2.50 per sq yd.

My reservation stems from the issue that whatever we may pay, they may adjust it as an on-account payment towards outstanding as per them, including interest.

It would have been better to reach an understanding with Unitech on this matter, although am firmly of the opinion that payment should not be delayed any further.

Yes, this at best is an interim arrangement till a final agreement is reached.

this agreement will be after GBM, re elections if necessary etc.

GBM is on 23 march -- all of us MUST attend.
