Updates Week 8/9

Dear members,

For those who are not updated with our group activities lately, here are some briefings that I can share and I need all of you to notice and take actions.

1. We need to collect some amount of money to pay few documents that have been printed for our activities' purposes. Now we have Ashraf's A1 Plan, Few of Drawings that I have printed (A4), and The Company Profile that have been paid by Nadia. So Ashraf and Nadia, please state your price so we can divide the payment. As for me, I need only RM2 for my part. 

2. I suggest for us to buy maybe 1, or 2 rims of A4 paper that cost around RM10 per rim so we can use the papers for our group purposes.

3. MOST IMPORTANT PART. The soil report have to be submitted this Wednesday and we have to work on it like NOW. The contents of the soil report are :

-The Description of the soil based on the borehole data

-The rough estimation of the assumed critical point of column (building loads)

-The propose pile type that will be used, as well as the method of piling. (Spun Pile, RC Pile)

You can google the example of Soil Investigation Report to have some idea. 

So I think we need to divide the tasks. As for me, I will do the rough estimation of the building loads with the Structural Engineer, Asyidah. 

4. I suggest that we have a meeting tonight, a very short one. I understand some of you have not returned yet from home but it's okay as long as you noticed your task and finish it before the deadline. I won't be around tomorrow night as I have test, so today is all I have to finish up my part. So tonight I will explain to you about this task and please suggest me what time. 

I think it's clear now and sorry for the lateness.

Guys I tried to attach but failed due to the size. So go to this link and take a look of the example okay. I think it's not necessary to include all those elements since the data that have been provided to us is too little. So pick ones that related with our scope of work.
